As promised at last week's boat show I have the following re the Ultra anchor:  In 2004 I experienced a middle of the night anchor failure in the Sea of Cortez resulting in a grounding of my 54 foot Offshore vessel.  I subsequently purchased a larger 72' Offshore in 2008.  Keeping in mind my previous troubles I went looking for a better anchor for windy night conditions.  I met Randy at a boat show in San Diego and found out about your anchor system.  I bought a 130 pound Ultra anchor with swivel and harness snubber set up.  I have been using the system for four years and can tell you that the anchor sets like a rock.  Very solid and resets with changing tides and currents very quickly.  I have scuba dived to check many times and without fail it is buried to the shank!  A bit expensive but worth every nickel and looks great!

Sana geçen haftaki fuarda söz verdiğim gibi ULTRA Çapa ile ilgili düşüncelerim şöyle: 2004 yılında Cortez denizinde gecenin bir yarısında 54’ Offshore teknemin karaya oturmasıyla sonuçlanan kötü bir çapa tecrübem oldu. Bundan sonar 2008 yılında biraz daha büyük 72’ Offhore tekne aldım. Önceki kötü tecrübem nedeniyle rüzgârlı havalarda daha güvenli olacak bir çapa aramaya başladım. San Diego’da bir fuarda Randy ile karşılaştım ve böylece sizin demirleme sisteminizden haberdar oldum. 60kg ULTRA Çapa ile ULTRA FırdöndüRDÜ ve ULTRA Bosa Kancası satın aldım. Şu anda 4 yıldır sizin sisteminizi kullanıyorum ve çapanızın kaya gibi sağlam tutunduğunu söyleyebilirim. Çok sıkı tutunuyor ve değişen su seviyesiyle de kendini çok çabukça tazeliyor. Ben genelde gözlükle dalıp çapanın zemindeki durumuna bakıyorum ve bu güne kadar istisnasız her sefer koluna kadar gömülmüş gördüm! Biraz pahalı ama son kuruşuna kadar değer ve çok güzel görünüyor!
